Reception staff
Hotel Stoiser in 8044 Graz – Mariatrosterstrasse 174, is now recruiting a Receptionist - m/f.
The HOTEL Stoiser is a bed & breakfast hotel, with 51 contemporary rooms, 3 apartments, a sauna area and 2 seminar rooms.
Requirements:
- completed professional training for the hospitality sector and/or several years of relevant experience working at a hotel reception.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
We are offering a full time position (5-day week), starting right away. Working hours: 40 per week.
Main areas of duty are in organisation of the hotel reception. Duties include general office and administrative tasks.

- Solo breakfast and spa service at Reception
- Check-in; Check-out of individual and group travellers from home and abroad
- Handling transactions in cash, credit card and debit cards
- Operating the telephone
- Booking various services using the hotel booking programme“ GMS Hotel Felix“
- Processing and completing written communications
- Looking after guests at breakfast (and group evening meals with buffet)
- Looking after guests in the breakfast room, Stüberl and guest garden (drinks service and preparing and serving small snacks)
- Looking after seminar guests
- Various orders
Due to service times having your own vehicle would be beneficial, yet the hotel is also easy to get to via public transport – it is on the tram line 1 stop and 2 minutes from the hotel.

Company payment details:
